SmartFix is a diagnostic chat. You can use it as a guest or with an account. A person takes over a job only after the chat has the town and the job is one the technician covers. The assistant is SmartFix's AI, not a person.
Guest use is the Free plan: 10 prompts a day and 1 photo a week. Signing in is the Member plan: 30 prompts a day and 3 photos a week. One extra photo a week may be allowed when it is needed to diagnose a fault. Pro is £9.99 a month, cancel any time from Manage subscription. Pro includes 5,000 prompts and 50 photos a month and 10% off remote support.
Remote support £30 an hour. On-site visit £40 an hour. See smart-techsolutionsessex.co.uk/services. Remote support is paid by card through Stripe when Simon sends a payment request in the chat. A session starts at 1 hour and more hours can be added. Prices are in GBP; Stripe may show your own currency at checkout.
